Productive seminar in BioRefining Alliance
A vivid discussion and exchange of knowledge and experience were the key elements during the seminar in BioRefining Alliance on the 11th of April 2012.
The seminar was held at Novozymes, one of the partners in BioRefining Alliance.
A wide range of experts from relevant companies, organisations and universities were present during this full-day event.
The participants were divided into four groups: Bioressources, Preprocess and Separation, Biofuels and Bioproducts.
Each group presented their initial suggestions on what Denmark should focus on if the country is going to be one of the leading nations in the transition from a fossilbased economy to a biobased economy.
The seminar was an important step in a process which will end up in a series of strategic recommendations from BioRefining Alliance later this year.
